NuSounds Global’s tenth year was marked by both reunion and reflection. In August 2021, the label released Instant Klassic, a full-length project pairing Prick Flair on the mic with Klassic handling production across the entire album. It was the first time Klassic produced an entire project for another artist, and it served as a fresh reaffirmation of the creative partnership at the heart of NuSounds.
Shortly after, the label reissued Klassic’s first four projects — The Prelude, Tattoos and Energy Drinks, Civilians at War,
and Tolerance Break — giving newer listeners a clear path back to the foundation. For a limited time, Tolerance Break also became available on major streaming platforms, briefly bringing that early work into the current ecosystem before it was pulled back again. Together, Instant Klassic and the reissues framed the first decade of NuSounds as a complete,
evolving body rather than scattered releases.
