We use a print-on-demand model with trusted third-party production partners.
All items are made to order once your purchase is confirmed.

  • Made to order: We don’t keep inventory on hand. Your item goes into production after your order is placed.

  • Split shipments: Because different products may be produced at different facilities,
    items in the same order can ship separately and arrive at different times.

  • Shipping rates: Shipping prices for both U.S. and international orders are calculated at checkout based on destination,
    item type, and available carrier options.

    International taxes & duties
    For orders outside the U.S., import duties, taxes, and other fees may be charged when your order enters your country.
    These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer.
    We recommend checking your local import rules if you’re unsure what may apply.

    Timing
    Production and shipping times can vary by product and location.
    You’ll receive tracking details, where available, once your order ships.

    Issues with delivery
    If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or appears lost in transit, please reach out through the contact form on this site so we can review and help resolve it.

Returns & Exchanges

Because items are produced on demand, returns are handled case-by-case within the guidelines below.

  • Request window: To request a return or exchange, contact us within 10 calendar days of the order being marked as delivered.

  • How to start a return: Use the Returns & Support form on this site and include:

    • Your order number or proof of purchase

    • Clear photos of the item and the issue (damage, misprint, wrong item, etc.)

  • Where to send returns: Please do not send items directly back to the manufacturer. We’ll provide return instructions once your request has been reviewed.

  • Shipping costs: Unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returned items that do not arrive.

  • Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are generally limited to items that arrive damaged, misprinted, incorrect, or materially different from what was advertised. If you’re unhappy with the item for another reason, we’ll review the situation and let you know what options are available under our current setup.
