Because items are produced on demand, returns are handled case-by-case within the guidelines below.

Request window: To request a return or exchange, contact us within 10 calendar days of the order being marked as delivered.

How to start a return: Use the Returns & Support form on this site and include:

Your order number or proof of purchase

Clear photos of the item and the issue (damage, misprint, wrong item, etc.)

Where to send returns: Please do not send items directly back to the manufacturer. We’ll provide return instructions once your request has been reviewed.

Shipping costs: Unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returned items that do not arrive.
