On Sept. 13th, 2011, NuSounds Global was launched. It was announced that Klassic’s upcoming mixtape “Tattoos and Energy Drinks” would no longer be released by Infinite Records and instead would be released under NuSounds Global. Alongside Klassic, SuperUgly also decided to leave Infinite Records and begin releasing music on NuSounds Global.

Sept. 17th
Tattoos and Energy Drinks releases, marking the first official NuSounds project.

Sept. 24th
Electronic artist DeSix makes his debut with with “The Other Dimension.”

Oct. 8th
SuperUgly’s mixtape “I Hate SuperUgly” drops.

Oct. 15th
In the midst of establishing NuSounds, we were looking for new acts to add to the roster. In came Deadly Combination. A duo consisting of Tres Aurland and Dr. Death aka lil Insanity. Their self-titled debut EP featured a collection of previously recorded loose tracks, compiled into a cohesive project.

Nov. 27th
Klassic closes NuSounds’ first year with the EP “Civilians at War.”
